The luxurious amenities provided by this hotel were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre had a variety of services including a sauna, steam room, full body massage, facials, and manicures. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing with plenty of sun loungers. the karaoke and live entertainment provided an enjoyable night. the special diet menus were delicious.
There was only one minor issue with this hotel, which was the waxing service. They did not have all the essential supplies on hand, which was frustrating.

The hotel was well-maintained and the staff paid great attention to detail, everything was clean. The service provided by the staff, from the concierge to the waiters, was excellent and were pretty good our expectations. the adventure park located nearby was a highlight of our trip, offering a unique and lovely experience.
There were some restrictions on playing music at the pools, different from other resorts we've been to.

The best aspects of this hotel were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location right on the beach, and the friendly staff. The hotel was impeccably clean, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The facilities, such as the water park, added an element of fun to the experience. Being located right on the beach allowed for convenient access to enjoy the beautiful ocean. Lastly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The zipline and climbing wall were so much fun, and the trainers were really helpful. The resort itself was modern and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. I also enjoyed the lazy river and the warm pool. it was a great experience.
I wish there was more information about the dress code at the restaurants, as I wasn't aware of it beforehand. the timing of the zipline and climbing wall being open only from 11am to 2pm was a bit inconvenient.

The staff is amazing, friendly, and attentive. The pool staff, especially Blanco, took great care of us. The spa offers relaxing treatments with daily specials. The pool and water park are great, with servers bringing drinks and helpful staff. The beach is wonderful, with daily seaweed clearance and plenty of shade. The staff recruits guests for activities and the restaurant staff is attentive. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping is attentive, with minibar restocked daily.

It is situated right on the beach, providing easy access for beach activities. it is conveniently located near the XPLORE Adventure park, which offers thrilling outdoor experiences just a short 50-minute drive away. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the beach from their rooms, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff members always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
The food service at the hotel needs improvement. Some guests mentioned difficulties in dining at the various restaurants due to closures or long queues.
